Shape and craft simple, approachable, and straightforward language, hierarchy, and voice and tone for digital experiences
Partner with designers, product owners, and technologists to shape end-to-end experiences
Develop clear and concise content for TIAA’s internal and external audiences
Conduct content audits and content gap analyses
Collaborate with UX design and writing teams to build consistency and clarity
Research and analyze audience needs, preferences, objectives, and content-consumption methods
Plan, write, and present content for mobile and web experiences
Identify and help solve problems in new and existing user experiences
Create consistent, on-brand messaging articulating TIAA product and service benefits
Streamline operational tasks for internal and external audiences

What you’ll need

5+ years of UX writing experience
University degree preferred
Experience in financial services UX content writing preferred
Ability to collaborate with design, product, development, and marketing teams
Experience conducting content audits and content gap analyses
Ability to research and analyze audience needs, preferences, objectives, and content-consumption methods
Ability to plan, write, and present content for mobile and web experiences
Ability to identify and solve problems in user experiences
Ability to create consistent, on-brand messaging
7+ years of work experience preferred
