About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, organize, and control resources and processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints
  • Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, develop schedules, and determine resource requirements
  • Estimate costs, resources, and time for each project phase
  • Allocate resources and tasks to meet project targets
  • Implement established project plans and monitor progress and performance
  • Monitor project costs, timing, and staffing
  • Identify and resolve obstacles to completing projects on time and within budget
  • Conduct project meetings and prepare regular project status reports
  • Coordinate outside contractors and ensure satisfactory service standards
  • Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals
  • Lead Agile delivery and drive continuous process improvement and team efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of work experience required
  • University degree preferred
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
  • Experience facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
  • Ability to manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
  • Strong stakeholder, product owner, and business partner engagement experience
  • Clear status reporting, escalation management, and transparent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Agile delivery metrics including velocity, burn-down charts, cycle time, and sprint performance
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms
  • Ability to foster a collaborative team culture in on-site and remote environments
