Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, organize, and control resources and processes to achieve project and program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints
Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements
Estimate project costs, resources, and time for each phase
Allocate resources and tasks to meet project targets
Implement established project plans and monitor progress and performance
Monitor project cost, timing, and staffing
Identify and resolve obstacles to keep projects on time and within budget
Conduct project meetings and prepare regular project status reports
Coordinate outside contractors and ensure satisfactory service standards
Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals
Drive continuous process improvement and team efficiency across delivery cycles

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of work experience required
University degree preferred
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
Experience facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
Ability to manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
Experience identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
Strong stakeholder, product owner, and business partner engagement skills
Experience with status reporting, escalation management, and transparent project communication
Proficiency in Agile delivery metrics including velocity, burn-down charts, cycle time, and sprint performance
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms
Ability to foster collaborative team culture in on-site and remote environments
