About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate all platform transition services for retirement plan clients
  • Serve as the primary client interface during plan service changes
  • Lead smaller implementation projects for institutional retirement plan clients
  • Manage client relationships and create project plans
  • Ensure on-time delivery and provide status updates
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and appropriate resources in a highly matrixed environment
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks or issues for moderately complex implementations
  • Address client and business partner transition challenges, questions, and concerns
  • Oversee overall service delivery, project management, and retirement plan conversions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of work experience required
  • University degree preferred
  • Must obtain Series 6 or 7 within 120 days
  • Project management skills, including creating detailed project plans and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Client relationship management experience with institutional retirement plan clients
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Risk identification, escalation, and mitigation capabilities
  • Experience in retirement plan administration or institutional financial services preferred
  • Familiarity with matrixed organizational structures preferred
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Office preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Sedentary work physical requirements
