About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and grow their practices through referrals
- Deliver client service and support high-net-worth clients
- Operationally lead Wealth Management advisory teams under moderate supervision
- Manage a book of assigned clients
- Support implementation of financial plan recommendations
- Coordinate asset consolidation
- Build meaningful, long-lasting client relationships
- Support advisors in implementing TIAA advice and planning solutions
- Communicate clearly and succinctly
- Manage time and resources efficiently and effectively
- Help high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of financial services experience
- Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, or Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 registrations, completed within 120 days of start date
- Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) required within 120 days
- All licenses and registrations must be obtained within 120 days from start date
- 3+ years of financial services experience preferred
- University degree preferred
- Experience or knowledge in business development, client relationship management, consultative communication, due diligence, practice management strategy, quantitative analysis, retirement planning selling, sales, TIAA products/services, and wealth management
- Ability to uncover client needs
- Knowledge of investment solutions and the importance of financial planning
- Sedentary work physical requirements
