About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and grow their practice through referrals
- Deliver client service and support high-net-worth clients
- Operationally lead Wealth Management advisory teams under moderate supervision
- Manage responsibilities for an assigned book of clients
- Support implementation of financial plan recommendations
- Coordinate asset consolidation
- Communicate clearly and succinctly with clients and colleagues
- Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships
- Support advisors in implementing TIAA advice and planning solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of financial services experience required
- Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, or Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 registrations, completed within 120 days of start date
- Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) required within 120 days
- 3+ years of financial services experience preferred
- University degree preferred
- Experience with business development, client relationship management, due diligence, practice management strategy, quantitative analysis, retirement planning selling, sales, TIAA products/services, and wealth management
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage time and resources efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work with high-net-worth clients and support financial planning and asset consolidation
