About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day client relationships for music promoters, venues, and Ticketmaster clients
- Provide proactive client account management, system support, and query resolution
- Develop and maintain understanding of client business needs and identify new business opportunities or efficiencies
- Review and update client information and deal sheets, including contractual information and service charges
- Monitor and control ticket inventory to maximise retail potential
- Own and manage event on-sales, including attendance throughout the on-sale period as directed
- Ensure event information is accurate, current, and accessible across contact centre, IVR, and e-commerce sales channels
- Notify internal departments of cancelled or amended events and assist with identifying affected customers
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Marketing, Event Programming, Customer Service, and Event Operations teams
- Manage and respond to inbound client communications in line with service-level agreements
- Produce weekly client sales activity reports
- Plan and manage event-day box offices at venue-based and greenfield sites
- Provide high customer service standards to internal and external customers
- Participate in shift work and perform duties flexibly across hours and locations
- Assist with day-to-day Account Management Team administration
- Comply with company policies, including health and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, tidy, safe, and secure working environment
- Represent the company at functions, events, and PR visits
- Perform other relevant duties as directed by the Line Manager or a Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- I.T. literate, including Windows Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Proven experience of the Ticketing Industry
- Knowledge of Ticketmaster systems is preferable
- Highly motivated and conscientious
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer care skills
- Flexible approach to hours of work and location of duties
- Ability to use self-initiative and work within a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Calm, patient, and professional manner
- Confident telephone manner
- Confident dealing with the general public face to face
- Good organisational skills and high attention to detail
