About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and success measures
- Align stakeholders on goals and outcomes while identifying risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts
- Lead day-to-day delivery of complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
- Build and maintain project plans, governance, and team rhythms
- Coordinate across change, communications, creative, learning, technology, and organizational talent disciplines
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, hours, invoicing, and gross margin
- Build client relationships and facilitate key decisions
- Track progress toward business outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery through AI, tools, and new ways of working
- Progress from project management to program management and strategic leadership during the first year
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
- Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience coordinating and guiding cross-functional teams
- Experience in consulting or cross-functional environments preferred
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams
