About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with a client in the telecommunications industry in Helsinki
- Operate, maintain and develop business-critical mobile Voice Core platforms and services
- Grow into a consulting role
- Work with current and latest 5G and cloud-based networking technologies
- Influence continuous improvements
- Participate in a structured onboarding and hands-on project learning environment
- Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant higher education
- 2–5 years of experience in telecommunications
- Knowledge of mobile core services/networks
- Knowledge of or experience with agile ways of working (e.g., SAFe)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and related cloud technologies
- Experience with GitHub/GitOps
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Ansible
- Scripting/programming experience, e.g., Python
- Strong communication, collaboration and analysing skills
- Good proficiency in Finnish and English
- Finnish citizenship required for security clearance
- Basic knowledge of computer networking, telecom services and protocols or system administration is an advantage
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents across multiple stakeholders is an advantage
