Key responsibilities & impact

Translate complex model architectures, data analysis, and feature engineering into scalable agent design patterns
Lead process reimaging by assessing legacy workflows and designing automated, AI-driven alternatives
Structure data, operational constraints, and guidelines to optimize LLM performance and output reliability
Develop low-fidelity prototypes to validate core AI features, user experiences, and model feasibility
Design business-aligned evaluation frameworks and define metrics to measure program impact
Architect and deploy advanced AI agents, including RAG solutions, vector search integration, and multi-agent systems using A2A and MCP
Bridge technical execution with business strategy for diverse stakeholders
Lead strategic engagements delivering enterprise-wide AI adoption, cloud-native data modernization, and measurable business outcomes
Collaborate with AI, data, engineering, and consulting teams across geographies
Grow strategic client partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7+ years of experience in product management, systems or solution architecture, software/platform engineering, or technical leadership in customer-facing roles
Experience designing end-to-end AI systems, including RAG, vector databases, and API integrations
Experience defining AI product/workflow specifications
Prompt participation in internal and client-facing meetings
Ability to provide regular, structured status updates regarding project milestones and technical blockers
Ability to ask for help when facing technical hurdles and contribute to collaborative troubleshooting
Ability to translate high-level business goals into robust technical architectures
Background in financial services or retail (preferred)
Knowledge of privacy and compliance standards for handling PII through masking and redaction (preferred)
