About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end architecture of the Snowflake Cortex RAG pipeline, aligned with Enterprise TPRM Standards
Act as the primary technical liaison to client business owners, AI leads, and InfoSec SMEs
Lead UAT sessions with InfoSec SMEs and convert feedback into prioritized technical backlog items
Prepare the Model Development Documentation packet and drive AIEC-2 clearance before production deployment
Direct daily agile standups and sprint planning for the three-person offshore pod
Ensure milestone delivery within the SOW budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong production Python development experience
Deep experience with Asyncio, FastAPI, design patterns, and distributed systems
2+ years of direct, hands-on experience building, deploying, and debugging autonomous multi-agent systems in production using LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex
Proven ability to build structured generation pipelines using Pydantic, Instructor, or native function schemas
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, or enterprise AI databases such as Oracle 23ai
Experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and regression evaluations for probabilistic, LLM-driven applications
