Drive solution discovery with stakeholders by clarifying requirements, assessing analytical feasibility, and shaping technical roadmaps
Independently scope, lead, and deliver analytical workstreams with minimal guidance
Ensure timely, high-quality analytical outputs
Deliver insights for revenue growth, customer patterns, and operational efficiencies
Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders and business leaders
Build, optimize, and deploy predictive and machine learning models
Lead analytics workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Apply financial and analytical judgment to identify opportunities and act decisively with incomplete information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (master's preferred)
8+ years of functional experience, including a minimum of 5+ years of position-specific experience in data science or advanced analytics
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with GCP and BigQuery (Vertex AI a plus)
Proficiency in visualization tools such as Google Looker, Qlik, PowerBI, and Plotly Dash
Strong analytical and modeling skills using Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and related statistical/modeling libraries
Ability to challenge entrenched assumptions, navigate ambiguity, and adapt quickly in fast-changing environments
Strong communication skills and ability to influence decisions
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
Ability to build compelling executive-ready materials and communicate complex analytical insights to diverse audiences
