About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interaction to understand business requirements
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable analytical roadmaps
Establish definitions, calculation logic, and governance for key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
Conduct data suitability and quality assessments to ensure foundational data supports key metrics
Perform hands-on data exploration, feature analysis, and data profiling using SQL and Python
Partner with Power BI developers to design intuitive wireframes, semantic models, and dashboards aligned with business workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
5+ years in data consulting, business intelligence, or analytical roles
Life Insurance domain experience is highly preferred
Advanced querying, joining, aggregations, window functions, and performance profiling
Proficiency in data manipulation and exploration libraries (pandas, numpy etc)
Proven experience designing metric layouts and guiding Power BI dashboard development
