About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agentic AI and AI agents
Work with IT and business teams to define requirements, align on solution design, and manage end-to-end delivery
Coordinate with the team responsible for building agents to ensure solutions meet business objectives and deliver measurable value
Develop and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions based on business problems
Translate business challenges into high-level analytics solution designs
Build relationships with client stakeholders and present analytical solutions to business audiences
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
Collaborate with client stakeholders and globally distributed Tiger Analytics teams to manage analytics projects
Identify and apply appropriate data science and analytical techniques to derive meaningful insights
Demonstrate the robustness and business impact of analytical solutions
Develop implementation plans to operationalize analytical solutions effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need

6-10 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in data analytics
Identify and gather business requirements for AI agent use cases, define workflows and expected outcomes, and translate business needs into clear requirements for the technical team to build and implement agentic solutions
Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from client’s team to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach
Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, Hive is a plus
Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes
Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience
