About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive end-to-end delivery planning for products built by multiple global teams.
Document technical specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
Track dependencies, identify potential risks, and facilitate timely resolution of delivery challenges.
Collaborate with engineering leads on sprint and release planning.
Facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams and coordinate team leads and stakeholders.
Organize regular syncs, stand-ups, and steering committee meetings.
Navigate competing priorities and facilitate timely decisions and escalations.
Translate technical progress into business-focused executive updates covering program status, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
Maintain communication with client stakeholders regarding delivery progress, dependencies, blockers, and key decisions.
Prepare and present program updates for leadership reviews and steering committee discussions.
Partner with technical leads to review specifications and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Develop a working understanding of technical architecture to facilitate discussions, identify gaps, and align technical design with delivery expectations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in client-facing environments.
Experience coordinating delivery across multiple globally distributed teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to translate complex technical updates into clear, concise, and business-focused communication for senior leadership and clients.
Working knowledge of technical specifications and software delivery processes, with the ability to assess deliverables against defined requirements.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build alignment and influence decisions across teams and leadership levels.
Familiarity with dependency management, risk and issue tracking, and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate program updates and delivery progress to senior stakeholders and clients.
PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification preferred as a good-to-have.
Experience managing programs involving offshore or globally distributed teams across different time zones preferred as a good-to-have.
