About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong intrinsic affinity for AI, data, and digital technologies
- Good understanding of business processes
- Ability to translate technology into concrete actions
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, automation solutions, or data management is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured approach to work
- Enthusiasm and the ability to inspire others
- Practical experience, ideally 2–3 years
- A university degree is welcome but not essential
