About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and monitor customer collection processes
Monitor the receivables portfolio and delinquency indicators
Record incoming payments, perform bank reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies
Support bank collection operations, credit assignments, and monitoring of financial limits
Serve as the point of contact between the Commercial, Credit, Treasury, Operations, Technology, Accounting, Tax, and Customer teams
Contribute to the mapping, review, and optimization of Accounts Receivable processes
Identify operational bottlenecks, manual activities, and productivity improvement opportunities
Develop controls, management reports, and dashboards to monitor performance
Participate in the implementation of automation using Microsoft Copilot, Amazon QuickSight, Power Automate, N8N, and Artificial Intelligence solutions
Support digitization, process automation, and systems integration projects
Participate in defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making
Ensure the quality and integrity of financial data recorded in the company’s systems
Support the documentation of processes, workflows, and departmental procedures
Contribute to strengthening internal controls and financial governance practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or a related field
Experience in Accounts Receivable
Experience with collection processes, bank reconciliations, and receivables management
Experience improving and optimizing financial processes
Participation in automation, digital transformation, or new technology implementation projects
Familiarity with data analysis, financial metrics, and developing management reports
Knowledge of bank reconciliation, collections, financial analysis, process mapping, and development of management indicators
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, N8N, SQL, and/or Python
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to financial processes
Experience with Conexos ERP or similar financial management systems
Knowledge of FIDCs, credit assignments, and structured financial transactions
Experience with process automation, dashboard development, and systems integration
Experience in trading, foreign trade, distribution, or agribusiness companies is preferred
Advanced Excel skills
