About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, automate, and enhance management dashboards and reports in Power BI
Build advanced SQL queries for data extraction, processing, and consolidation
Create and optimize views and data models to support business analysis
Structure and monitor ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
Integrate information from ERP, TMS, and other corporate systems
Develop logistics and operational performance indicators, such as OTIF, lead time, carrier SLA, freight cost versus revenue, inventory accuracy, fleet utilization, and service level
Support managers and executive leadership with strategic analyses and executive presentations
Identify process improvement opportunities and propose data-driven solutions
Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of information used in analyses
Serve as the liaison between Logistics, Operations, and Technology teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
Solid experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI
Advanced SQL knowledge
Experience with data modeling, view creation, and ETL processes
Experience integrating and analyzing data from corporate systems
Experience developing and monitoring logistics and operational performance indicators
Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions
Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and participating in meetings
Preferred: Power Query and advanced DAX, dimensional modeling (Star Schema and Snowflake), Python or R, Data Warehousing, data governance, and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
Preferred: experience with SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, and logistics platforms such as Senior, SSW, or TOTVS TMS
A plus: experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain companies
