About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive aftermarket revenue growth through the sale of parts, service, inspections, maintenance agreements, and mobile service solutions
  • Conduct proactive customer visits, fleet reviews, operational assessments, and business development activities
  • Develop new customer accounts and expand existing customer relationships through consultative selling
  • Lead new-equipment in-service meetings and customer training sessions
  • Establish ongoing aftermarket relationships following equipment delivery and identify future support opportunities
  • Maintain an active aftermarket sales pipeline and document activities, opportunities, and account plans in HubSpot
  • Partner with Equipment Sales Representatives to support customer growth and refer new equipment opportunities
  • Promote and execute aftermarket programs, service initiatives, and customer retention activities
  • Recommend solutions that improve equipment uptime, reliability, productivity, and total cost of ownership
  • Monitor fleet conditions and service history to identify preventative maintenance and lifecycle support opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with service, parts, and operations teams to resolve issues
  • Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and maintain face-to-face customer engagement
  • Track performance against aftermarket revenue, sales, account acquisition, retention, territory coverage, and CRM conversion metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years experience in aftersales, aftermarket or service
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Sales, Tech) or 10 years with HS Diploma or GED
  • Proven experience in parts, service, equipment, industrial, truck, or related B2B sales environments
  • Strong consultative selling, relationship management, and account development skills
  • Knowledge of equipment maintenance, repair operations, parts sales, and aftermarket support programs
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer training capabilities
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize opportunities, and manage a defined sales territory
  • Candidates must reside within the Graham, North Carolina area or the Houston and Westlake, Texas or Bethlehem, Pennsylvania regions
  • Ability to maintain regular travel throughout the assigned territory
