About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30–50% as needed (domestic and international)
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and market research tools
  • Background in aerial lifts, utility vehicles, or heavy machinery sales preferred
  • Experience working with municipalities, utilities, or telecom providers preferred
  • Familiarity with government contracts is a plus
