About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and control all activities within the project scope, verifying alignment with defined milestones
  • Develop the logical sequence for executing project phases and define the critical path

  • Support more senior professionals in departmental processes
  • Participate in the implementation and monitoring of work plans and procedures
  • Hold monthly meetings with Braskem managers and environmental consultancies to update forecasts and BI dashboards
  • Support the preparation and review of OI provisions
  • Issue financial reports and analyses on demand
  • Perform administrative activities involving data management and analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Act as financial controller for remediation OIs in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Rio Grande do Sul
  • Retrieve consumption data for the respective OIs from SAP
  • Categorize expenses according to issued ASs and BMs
  • Update spreadsheets and Power BI
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI
  • Create and develop PowerApps and general-purpose dashboards
  • Support materials procurement management, including registering NEs and materials on the minimum stock list
  • Review DMs/ASs for contracted services
