About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map, analyze, and model business processes, identifying opportunities for digitization and automation
- Gather business needs and define the scope, requirements, and business rules for solutions
- Analyze, model, and document processes using BPMN notation
- Configure and automate processes and forms on the SoftExpert platform, including rules, approvals, notifications, and permissions
- Perform functional testing and track adjustments, user acceptance testing, and solution implementation
- Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and configurations
- Monitor KPIs, support solution operations, and propose continuous improvements
- Contribute to the planning and execution of process digitization and automation projects
- Support the efficiency, standardization, and evolution of corporate processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field
- Experience in process management, requirements gathering, scope definition, and business rule documentation
- Knowledge of process modeling using BPMN notation
- Hands-on experience configuring processes and forms on BPMS platforms such as SoftExpert, Zeev, Bizagi, or similar
- Experience conducting functional testing and supporting user acceptance testing
- Analytical skills, organization, and logical reasoning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments
- Experience implementing and supporting solutions in SoftExpert
- Knowledge of other platform components, such as documents, projects, and indicators
- Basic knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and automation tools
- Knowledge of solution governance, version control, and change management
- Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement tools such as Kaizen, PDCA, and A3
- Experience in project management and familiarity with demand management tools
