About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support projects for Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle NetSuite solutions
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
- Collaborate with business teams to identify needs and design solutions
- Configure and parameterize functional modules in line with defined requirements
- Prepare functional specifications and support the definition of integrated solutions
- Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, and document the corresponding results
- Support the preparation and execution of data migrations
- Provide functional support, analyze incidents, and follow up on issue resolution
- Prepare process documentation, user manuals, and training materials
- Participate in training sessions and support business teams in adopting the solutions
- Collaborate with technical, functional, and project management teams in national and international environments
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and the development of expertise across different functional areas
- Work across finance and logistics areas, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, treasury, procurement, inventory, warehousing, sales, distribution, order management, and supply chain
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience or interest in functional consulting and enterprise management systems (junior and senior profiles)
- Professional experience in functional consulting, ERP solution implementation, or support
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle NetSuite
- Knowledge of one or more financial and/or logistics modules, particularly Oracle Financials ERP Cloud, General Ledger (GL), and Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Accounting knowledge
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively on projects involving diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise across multiple functional areas
- Focus on delivery quality and end-user satisfaction
- Availability for hybrid or remote work, depending on project requirements, including the possibility of travel
- Written and spoken English (a plus)
- Spanish language skills (a plus)
- Knowledge of banking business processes (highly valued)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Oracle APEX (a plus)
