About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand the needs of product squads, Professional Services, and customer-facing technical teams, and identify what is slowing them down
- Define the vision and roadmap for the foundations of the Trade Credit platform
- Turn recurring needs across squads into shared services
- Prioritize based on impact on squads, customer commitments, security, compliance, and architectural constraints
- Work with the Tech Lead, developers, and QA by producing structured specifications that can be used effectively by the team and AI agents
- Contribute to architecture decisions (ADRs) from a product perspective
- Measure adoption and the value of delivered capabilities
- Design the platform foundations: identity and access, integration, data and traceability, and shared services
- Oversee data migration and validation of customer environments
- Own the Trade Credit platform’s cross-functional capabilities within the Foundation squad
- Contribute to the platform’s product strategy and its long-term evolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 to 8 years of experience in Product Management, including significant experience with platform or technical products, ideally in B2B SaaS, Financial Services, or Insurance
- Significant experience with platform or technical products
- Ability to treat internal teams and integrators as true customers
- Ability to think in terms of reusable capabilities rather than one-off features
- Ability to sequence interdependent initiatives, prioritize effectively, and explain trade-offs
- Ability to produce high-quality specifications for technical topics and challenge technical solutions
- Fluent English is essential, both written and spoken
- Technical interest in REST APIs, versioning, webhooks, events, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Knowledge of SSO, OAuth/OIDC, roles and permissions, and data isolation
- Curiosity about AI in products and in the way products are built
- Ideally, experience in Trade Credit, Credit Insurance, or Specialty Insurance
- Experience with B2B platforms deployed at large enterprises
