About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy, design, and optimization of all digital touchpoints for Tiny Health’s health and wellness brand
  • Own the end-to-end digital user journey across websites, mobile apps, and member portals
  • Optimize operational efficiency for web and app platforms
  • Advocate for accessible, inclusive, and user-first UX/UI design
  • Oversee CMS and digital reputation touchpoints for trust, accuracy, and brand alignment
  • Identify errors, edge cases, and missing details before production
  • Maintain site uptime and monitoring
  • Minimize and rapidly resolve critical incidents including site outages, broken checkout, and tracking blackouts
  • Track KPIs using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Analyze user behavior and run CRO A/B tests to improve conversion rates and engagement
  • Ensure digital pathways comply with health data privacy standards such as HIPAA, PIPEDA, or local equivalents
  • Lead the migration of poweredbytiny.com and TH.com from Webflow to a code-based stack
  • Protect page speed, tracking/attribution, and organic SEO/GEO traffic during the migration and brand refresh
  • Partner with marketing, IT, clinical operations, and product teams on features, content updates, and online scheduling tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in web or digital experience management
  • Ideally, direct ownership of a site migration or replatform
  • Direct accountability for uptime, monitoring, and incident response on a live website
  • Track record designing and shipping CRO/experimentation programs built on clean hypotheses and statistically valid reads
  • Strong technical fluency sufficient to evaluate developers’ work and catch problems before launch, without writing code
  • Advanced familiarity with web analytics and testing tools such as GA4
  • Familiarity with ad tracking and attribution systems
  • Experience managing external development teams, contractors, or agencies to scope, budget, and deadline
  • Excellent written communication
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Preferred: work experience in DTC health/wellness companies
  • Preferred: experience working remotely, with proficiency in Slack
  • Preferred: self-directed, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Preferred: experience in DTC/e-commerce or consumer health and wellness
  • Preferred: working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient to scope and QA developer work
  • Preferred: proficiency in Slack
