About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Tiny Health’s social presence end to end across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Assign each platform a distinct role in the customer journey across awareness, consideration, and conversion
  • Translate company priorities into platform-native content
  • Identify emerging trends and ship platform-native content in real time
  • Produce native content across priority channels and build a repeatable, scalable content engine
  • Personally model fast, human, culturally aware real-time engagement
  • Adapt messaging across audiences and platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice
  • Track engagement rate, follower growth, website sessions, and email signups sourced from social
  • Interpret performance data, identify patterns, and run tests to improve results and connect work to business outcomes
  • Manage community response times and proactively engage inbound and outbound
  • Source creator and partner relationships that result in published content or amplification
  • Collaborate with affiliate marketing, design, creators, and internal stakeholders on content and campaigns
  • Establish new social channels and grow Tiny Health’s voice in microbiome education as the company expands into adult gut health and longevity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years owning social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms
  • Track record of measurable channel growth, including engagement rate, follower growth, website traffic, or social-attributed conversion
  • Experience proactively building creator or influencer relationships through outbound engagement
  • Strong analytical instincts and ability to interpret performance data, draw actionable insights, and run structured tests
  • Excellent written communication and ability to adapt tone and messaging across audiences and platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice
  • Comfortable with real-time trend participation, community management, and live engagement without waiting on approvals
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Preferred: experience in DTC/e-commerce or consumer health and wellness
  • Preferred: AI used as a core part of content and workflow processes
  • Preferred: experience working remotely and proficiency in Slack
