About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Write test plans, cases, and scripts from user stories and acceptance criteria
Build and maintain automated suites using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Postman that run in CI/CD
Run functional, integration, regression, and Section 508 testing
Support UAT
Maintain the requirements traceability matrix
Log defects in VA tools
Report test results and coverage for release readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mid: 5+ years in software testing, including 3+ years of automation
Journeyman: 2+ years in software testing
Experience creating test plans, cases, and scripts from user stories
Defect management experience
Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman in CI/CD
Experience maintaining requirements traceability matrices in Jira Xray or VA Quality Manager
Section 508 testing and UAT support
Bachelor's degree
Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential
ISTQB Agile Tester and Section 508 Trusted Tester preferred
