About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own event and field programming end to end across national industry conferences, regional field events, technical community builder nights, and Titan’s inaugural client summit
  • Select and negotiate sponsorships, manage booth and activation logistics, identify speaking opportunities, brief sales on target accounts, and own follow-up programs that convert attendance into pipeline
  • Run regional executive briefings across 4–6 target markets, including venue selection, guest-list development, and executive-format design
  • Produce Titan’s invitation-only annual client summit for senior bankers
  • Run a recurring technical community series in the NYC office for bank engineers and data leaders, followed by an executive dinner
  • Lead sponsored webinars with banking trade publishers, including topic selection, speaker recruitment, promotion, and gated follow-up assets
  • Manage always-on and account-based LinkedIn paid campaigns coordinated with the event calendar
  • Manage budgets, sponsorship contracts, publisher agreements, and venue vendors
  • Build and scale Titan’s events program from the ground up in partnership with the CMO and execute the 2027 plan
  • Partner with the growth team, sales team, CGO, CMO, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive pipeline impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Seven or more years in B2B marketing with a majority in events, including owning a program end to end
  • Experience marketing to financial institutions, or to a regulated enterprise buyer with a comparable sales cycle
  • Track record with C-level audiences, including curating and producing executive-format, high-touch events
  • Budget ownership at six or seven figures, including sponsorship negotiations
  • Comfort with a growth team as the closest partner and being goaled on pipeline impact
  • Willingness to manage programs end-to-end and collaborate with a cross-functional team
  • Familiarity with the banking conference circuit, particularly the ABA and Bank Director ecosystems (strongly preferred)
  • Experience running technical or developer community programming (strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager (strongly preferred)
  • Proven success managing and scaling an events program (strongly preferred)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future to work in the United States
