About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and launch email campaigns in Klaviyo and SMS campaigns in Attentive, managing content, personalization, links, tracking, audiences, and scheduling
- Build and maintain automated welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, cross-sell, win-back, and re-engagement journeys
- Create customer segments using engagement, purchase history, product or category interest, lifecycle stage, and other customer signals
- Use HTML and CSS to update email templates, troubleshoot rendering issues, and support responsive designs
- Own pre-launch QA for content, imagery, links, tracking, rendering, mobile experience, personalization, exclusions, suppressions, journey logic, and compliance
- Coordinate briefs, assets, approvals, calendars, and deadlines with marketing, brand, creative, merchandising, and ecommerce teams
- Support consent management, list hygiene, email deliverability, SMS compliance, and data integrity
- Maintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, QA checklists, templates, and reporting trackers
- Run email and SMS tests, document results, and apply learnings to improve content, audiences, timing, and customer experience
- Monitor campaign and journey performance, including engagement, conversion, attributed revenue, and revenue per recipient
- Turn performance results into practical recommendations
- Participate in planning and contribute to contact strategy, lifecycle roadmaps, segmentation, testing priorities, and revenue goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in email, SMS, lifecycle, CRM, or digital marketing
- Experience building campaigns, automations, segments, tests, and reports in an email or SMS marketing platform
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic template edits and troubleshooting common email rendering issues
- Understanding of email, SMS, and ecommerce metrics, with ability to turn results into useful insights and next steps
- Ability to take a campaign from brief to launch, balance multiple deadlines, and flag risks early in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistent approach to QA, audience selection, tracking, and deployment
- Strong writing skills and good judgment about the customer experience
- Ability to work well with creative and business partners
