About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Support the month-end closing process through reconciliations, data entry, and accuracy checks
  • Help ensure financial records comply with international standards (IFRS/GAAP)
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
  • Support audits and tax filing preparations, coordinating document collection and checks
  • Collaborate with HR, operations, and business development to align financial data and reporting
  • Monitor expense records and support process automation and optimization
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
