About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in reviewing and drafting basic legal documents, including NDAs, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts
- Support legal research on media, advertising, technology, and IP law across multiple jurisdictions
- Help monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Titan OS operations
- Participate in contract management processes, including tracking, organizing, and maintaining templates and signed agreements
- Support compliance and risk management initiatives across the business
- Assist in coordinating with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders
- Help prepare internal reports, presentations, and legal updates for cross-functional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, preferably with a focus on commercial, media, or technology law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Additional languages are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Interest in the tech, media, or entertainment industry is a plus
