About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver excellent financial planning, advice, and service to clients via a desk-based service model
Service existing clients with investable assets of up to £250,000
Focus on new business development and proactively contact legacy clients to convert them to the ongoing service proposition
Engage with and review existing clients to deliver the ongoing service proposition
Provide holistic financial planning solutions across the full suite of financial planning solutions
Achieve revenue targets set by the business and regional manager
Drive cross-selling and refer business into other parts of the group
Maintain and nurture existing client relationships and identify new advice needs
Generate new client enquiries and advice income
Undertake sales and marketing activity in line with local, regional, and national plans
Provide expert independent advice in compliance with relevant regulations and Titan policies and values
Maintain technical and general industry knowledge
Ensure client advice and reports comply with company processes and regulatory requirements
Deliver a positive client service experience and appropriate client outcomes
Establish relationships with other Titan group business units and external professional connections
Highlight training needs and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Perform ad hoc duties and adhere to consumer duty and TCF/RCR practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel and Databases
Cash Flow Modelling (preferable but not essential)
Excellent standard of written and verbal communication
Technical competence across all areas of financial planning
Good decision-making skills
Analytical mind and excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with an ability to work to deadlines
Ability to coach and provide feedback
Good technical knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations
Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) — essential
Maintenance of Fit and Proper status and SPS
UK home-based eligibility for the remote-working days
