About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the COO to drive company priorities and own projects from start to finish across finance, legal, and customer operations
Identify and remove inefficiencies using AI and automation tools such as Linear and Pylon
Design and document improved processes and train teams on new ways of working
Run the leadership team's operating rhythm by tracking commitments, gathering updates, and following through
Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership
Support finance operations, including collections follow-up
Conduct competitive and industry research and present clear recommendations to leadership
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and unowned work and act without waiting to be asked

Requirements

What you’ll need

Rigorous analytical training from management consulting, professional services advisory, a corporate management associate program, or a strategy or operations role at a high-growth company
Strong analytical skills, including spreadsheet analysis and drawing conclusions from data
Clear, polished written English, including executive-ready slides and one-page summaries
Ability to work full U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
Experience working remotely with U.S. teams or clients is nice to have
Exposure to U.S. healthcare or pharmacy is nice to have
Experience automating workflows with AI is nice to have
