About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 1 year of IT experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of workstation hardware and Windows Operating Systems
  • Ability to be friendly/approachable and effectively communicate to solve problems and explain resolutions to all employees
  • CompTIA A+ and/or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) preferred
  • Must work two days per week in-office
