About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Learn fire protection design, including fire alarms, sprinkler, and other suppression systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current student pursuing an ABET accredited bachelor’s degree in fire protection engineering, fire protection engineering technology, architectural engineering, or another engineering discipline based on understanding of SFPE core competencies
  • Desire to pursue a career in engineering consulting, specifically in life safety services
  • Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) from May through August 2026
  • Computer software knowledge or ability to learn, as appropriate, including Revit, HASS, Hydratec, PyroSim, and CONTAM
