About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the liaison between employees and the corporate office team
  • Validate payroll received from the central office and support employees with payroll questions and issues
  • Serve as a back-up to the administrator in WIN when needed
  • Recruit for open positions or work with the regional recruiter to fill roles in a timely manner
  • Organize, schedule, and record training activities for factory, hourly, and salaried employees
  • Oversee and deliver Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) training programs
  • Act as office coordinator by ordering office supplies and coordinating visitors, meals, reservations, corporate activities, and other administrative support
  • Maintain HR records in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations
  • Communicate and coordinate with regional HR Managers and the group HR Director
  • Act in compliance with ethical and business conduct rules and group procedures and policy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of payroll processing, HR record-keeping, and HRIS/HRMS systems
  • Experience organizing and delivering training programs, including EH&S topics, is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • High ethical value in maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and trust
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective conflict resolution skills
  • Self-starter with the desire to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to collaborate with, develop, and motivate others
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
