About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review and process client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers across trading platforms and payment channels
Perform daily reconciliation of client accounts, platform balances, and bank statements
Prepare daily and weekly financial reports, including funding summaries and account status updates
Identify and escalate unusual funding activity, trading anomalies, or operational discrepancies
Resolve transaction issues, exceptions, and client funding queries promptly
Follow ASIC, CySEC, FMA, and other regulatory requirements
Support AML/CTF checks for all transactions
Collect and analyze key statistics to improve efficiency and client service
Partner with internal teams and payment providers to improve processes and funding performance
Support testing and launch of new products and solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is required
High attention to detail to facilitate information accuracy
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Patience in conducting repetitive tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy when multitasking
Fast learner with the ability to absorb and apply substantial information and knowledge
Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills
Advanced Excel skills highly regarded
