About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with the Product team to identify improvement opportunities and use cases for AI agents
  • Support the configuration, testing, and optimization of AI agents used in one of Toku’s key products
  • Document processes, workflows, and learnings related to the use of AI agents
  • Conduct quality testing and validation to assess agent behavior
  • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current students or recent graduates in Software Engineering
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week for 3 months
  • Motivation to learn, contribute ideas, and participate in the continuous improvement of an AI product
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to listen to conversations, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare reports with high-quality feedback
  • Ability to work on-site at the office in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo, at least 3 times per week
