About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites
  • Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical qualification at Bac+2 level or higher in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, electronics, or a related field
  • Practical experience diagnosing electrical faults and troubleshooting electromechanical systems
  • Fluency in French
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English in a technical and professional environment
  • Proven experience in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of industrial equipment in a customer-focused environment
  • Experience in field-based after-sales service, on-site customer maintenance, commissioning, installation, or field technical support is a strong advantage
  • Good knowledge of PC systems, networks, and their configuration
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Valid Category B driving licence required
