About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform accounting for the managed property portfolios
  • Process ongoing and retrospective entries as part of proper property management
  • Review, code, and process incoming and outgoing invoices in the accounting system
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and collections activities
  • Support the specialist team in legal proceedings
  • Process bank transfers and verify incoming payments
  • Identify and resolve payment discrepancies at an early stage
  • Prepare service charge statements for condominium owners’ associations
  • Prepare operating cost statements for rental properties accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Collaborate with technical property managers
  • Provide support with accounting-related questions and the preparation of financial analyses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification in business administration or a related field
  • Previous experience in property accounting is preferred but not required
  • Strong numerical aptitude and a structured, conscientious approach to work
  • High level of care and accuracy
  • Willingness and ability to learn modern tools such as Microsoft and Impower
  • Clear, friendly, and service-oriented communication skills
  • Team player who works closely with property managers
  • Full-time or part-time employment available
