About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and support the development of the best possible product and solution experience, ensuring accessibility for clients
- Document and configure the product
- Engage with clients to identify needs and functionalities throughout software development, from requirements gathering through production implementation
- Analyze the accounting implications or business rules of a solution and produce the documentation required for its technical design and development
- Participate in system configuration, product/project consulting, and analysis of operational and functional aspects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in business analysis or product analysis within the financial market, particularly in derivatives (SWAP, NDF, and Flexible Options systems)
- Knowledge of derivatives trade registration and valuation workflows, including registration with clearing and settlement institutions and central securities depositories (such as B3)
- Experience working at financial institutions, particularly in trading desks and back-office operations
- Basic knowledge of financial market regulations (e.g., the Central Bank of Brazil—Bacen—and the Federal Revenue Service)
- Completed or ongoing degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Familiarity with TOPAZ INVEST's internal workflow is considered an advantage
- SQL knowledge and CPA-20 certification are advantageous
- Candidates with a technical background will receive training in the specific knowledge required for the role
