Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and detail complex requirements
Conduct stakeholder interviews, model processes, and define business rules
Provide support for critical systems and Level 2 support
Analyze highly complex incidents, interpret logs, validate data, identify root causes, and guide technical solutions
Perform functional analysis in distributed and integrated environments, including end-to-end workflows, API integrations, and impacts on satellite systems
Use Jira to create user stories and epics, define acceptance criteria, conduct refinements, prioritize work, and track the delivery lifecycle
Perform data analysis using intermediate/advanced SQL queries
Create functional documentation, including business workflows, specifications, operational manuals, decision matrices, and impact maps
Understand functional architecture, integrations, communication patterns, and protocols
Contribute to planning sessions, refinement meetings, and functional decisions using Agile methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to lead functional workstreams and facilitate discussions with executives, business units, operations, and technical teams
Highly analytical and structured mindset, with a systemic perspective and the ability to break down complex problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting communication to different audiences
Autonomy to make functional decisions based on data, business rules, and operational impacts
Strong crisis-management skills and ability to coordinate efforts to restore services
Proactive approach to suggesting continuous improvements to processes, requirements, governance, and the operating model
Ability to mediate conflicts, negotiate scope, and reconcile the interests of multiple stakeholders
Ongoing interest in building knowledge of capital markets and monitoring regulatory, operational, and technological changes
