About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze the needs and requirements of clients in the consortium finance (consórcio) sector
- Analyze the client’s business and assess the impact on the functionality of the consortium finance solution being implemented
- Define requirements, solution proposals, and acceptance criteria
- Lead meetings and report status to the Lead
- Participate in delivery planning with the Lead, Business Owner, and technical leads
- Prepare and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for internal audiences and clients
- Use AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation creation and review, and decision-making
- Understand the solution’s configuration, parameterization, and implementation processes, supporting and guiding the client without directly performing the execution
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of consortium finance business rules is a plus
- Experience working in agile squads; experience as a Product Owner (PO) is preferred
- Experience with Jira
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to productivity and willingness to incorporate AI into daily work
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Experience with software or solutions for the financial or services sector
- Experience in banks, consortium administrators, or microfinance institutions is preferred
