About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage the organization’s technology infrastructure, administrative tools, and technical support
- Ensure that IT infrastructure and practices comply with applicable standards and regulations
- Drive innovation, strategic planning, roadmaps, and continuous improvement across processes and technologies
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of infrastructure and data security measures
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services
- Oversee and improve technical support processes and services
- Manage the infrastructure and support budget and allocate resources
- Manage relationships with service and technology vendors
- Lead infrastructure projects from conception through implementation
- Lead and manage infrastructure teams, technical projects, specialist analysts, and technical support
- Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance
- Manage outcomes, resources, people, and operational and project costs
- Continuously improve processes, methodologies, technologies, and tools
- Monitor expenses and costs and take action on budget variances
- Create opportunities for knowledge sharing and the exchange of best practices
- Propose growth opportunities for team members
- Facilitate change processes and initiatives to mitigate obstacles
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Additional education or specialization
- Monitor scope, timelines, costs, quality, risks, and customer satisfaction
- Contract management and relationship management with clients and executive stakeholders
- Capacity planning and resource allocation
- Management of operational and financial KPIs
- Implementation of processes, methodologies, and governance models
- Crisis, change, and escalation management
- Fluent Spanish
- Development of leaders and implementation teams
- Experience in technology companies, digital transformation, software development, systems integration, process automation, or IT consulting is preferred
