Key responsibilities & impact

Work as a mid-level backend developer on financial products
Build REST APIs and integrations with partners, banks, payment gateways, and financial platforms
Participate in defining modern, scalable architectures
Develop new features and enhance existing systems
Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other technical teams
Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
Model, transform, and validate JSON structures used in APIs and integrations
Continuously monitor and improve application performance, security, and observability
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the evolution of development processes
Support Artificial Intelligence initiatives applied to products and internal processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
Experience with Java and Spring Boot backend development
Experience developing web and mobile applications
Experience integrating systems through REST APIs
Experience collaborating with Product Owners in Agile environments
Experience with Node.js, NestJS, Java, or equivalent technologies
Experience with service-oriented or microservices-based architecture
Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL
Knowledge of data modeling
Experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL database is a plus
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with Docker
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience using Git in the development workflow
Experience with Generative AI
Experience developing with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar)
Experience building applications with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Experience developing intelligent agents and automations
Knowledge of or experience creating and maintaining MCP Servers
Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems
Experience developing tools and connectors for MCP-based ecosystems
Experience in fintech, digital banking, payment methods, or Open Finance
Knowledge of PIX, Open Finance, credit, banking, and acquiring
