About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain highly available web and mobile applications
- Work on frontend, backend, and mobile development for financial products
- Build REST APIs and integrations with partners, banks, payment gateways, and financial platforms
- Participate in defining modern, scalable architectures
- Develop new features and enhance existing systems
- Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and other technical teams to build solutions aligned with business objectives
- Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
- Model, transform, and validate JSON structures used in APIs and integrations
- Monitor and continuously improve application performance, security, and observability
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
- Support Artificial Intelligence initiatives applied to products and internal processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Full Stack development
- Experience developing web and mobile applications
- Experience integrating systems through REST APIs
- Experience working closely with Product Owners in agile environments
- Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with Node.js, NestJS, .NET, or equivalent technologies
- Experience developing scalable and secure APIs
- Advanced knowledge of JSON manipulation and object serialization and deserialization
- Experience integrating with and consuming REST APIs and Webhooks
- Knowledge of service-based or microservices architecture
- Experience with React, Angular, or modern frameworks
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience developing responsive interfaces with a focus on user experience
- Experience with React Native or equivalent technologies
- Experience developing and maintaining Android and iOS applications
- Experience consuming REST APIs in mobile applications
- Knowledge of mobile app publishing, distribution, and support
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL
- Knowledge of data modeling
- Experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL database is a plus
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with Docker
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience using Git in the development workflow
- Experience with Generative AI
- Experience developing with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar)
- Experience building applications with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Experience developing intelligent agents and automations
- Knowledge of or experience creating and maintaining MCP Servers
- Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems
- Experience developing tools and connectors for MCP-based ecosystems
- Experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, or Open Finance
- Knowledge of PIX, Open Finance, credit, banking, and acquiring
- Experience with mission-critical financial platforms
- Basic or intermediate Spanish
- Experience working on projects with Latin American teams or clients
