About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze client needs and requirements in the consortium services area
- Provide solution support by defining acceptance criteria
- Ensure deliverables meet the expectations and business rules of the consortium market
- Develop strong knowledge of consortium rules and the market
- Define solutions to specific problems, seeking generalizable solutions that add value to the product
- Lead meetings and manage crises independently, reporting relevant status updates to the Project Manager (P.M.)
- Participate in delivery planning with the team lead, Business Owner (BO), and technical leads
- Prepare and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for internal audiences and clients
- Use AI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, documentation creation and review, and decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to explain the rules governing the functionality of the systems they support
- Ability to create and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for internal audiences and clients
- Train, assist, support, and collaborate with other analysts on the team
- Knowledge of Jira and experience managing cards
- Familiarity with AI tools for writing and reviewing requirements and documentation, analyzing information, and generating summaries
- Willingness to incorporate AI into daily work routines
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Experience with software or solutions for the financial or services sector
- Experience in banks, consortium administrators, or microfinance institutions preferred
