About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the Quality Assurance and Test Automation team, conducting tests and ensuring that software meets functional and security requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams under the guidance of more experienced colleagues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes to prevent defects in future releases.
- Follow testing and validation best practices.

- Collaborate with teams across different departments, applying development best practices.
- Perform exploratory testing and provide constructive feedback and suggestions to teams.
- Automate product testing, enhancing practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop knowledge of the technologies used and contribute new ideas to the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A professional qualification or ongoing degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- One to three years of experience in financial, commercial, or services-sector roles is preferred, particularly in the consortium-based credit sector (consórcio).
- Strong knowledge of consortium-based credit rules and the market.
- Knowledge of the technologies used.
