About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the digital security of millions of people
  • Monitor, in real time, suspicious transactions and threats identified by Desktop, Mobile, Browser, Transactional, and AML products
  • Analyze large volumes of data to identify atypical patterns, fraud, and unusual activity
  • Create, review, and enhance business rules for anti-fraud and anti-money laundering solutions
  • Investigate incidents and analyze logs
  • Support alert automation
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Development, Product, and Customer Experience teams
  • Support integrations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify threats, scams, and emerging fraud, and apply best practices
  • Optimize analyses for scalability
  • Support LLM integrations into anti-fraud workflows and the adoption of emerging technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in fraud prevention or related fields
  • Experience querying SQL databases
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Ability to code in one or more programming languages, preferably Python
  • Knowledge of and experience applying LLM tools and AI agents
  • Knowledge of fraud-related cyberattacks, including phishing, man-in-the-middle attacks, malware, brute-force attacks, and session hijacking
  • Experience working with Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, or Digital Forensics teams is a plus
  • Proficiency with libraries such as Pandas or similar tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations, such as Brazil’s LGPD and the GDPR, is a plus
  • Experience with artificial intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI agents is a plus
