About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Extract, organize, and analyze information from financial, commercial, and operational databases and systems
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics covering the revenue cycle, from contracting and billing through collection
- Support the reconciliation and validation of data across ERP, CRM, billing platforms, and BI tools
- Check data quality and identify incomplete or duplicate records, inconsistencies, and discrepancies between sources
- Prepare analyses of billing, revenue, accounts receivable, DSO, and other Revenue Operations metrics
- Support the collection and analysis of information related to revenue recognition
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Technology to transform information needs into reports and analyses
- Document metric definitions, data sources, calculation rules, and reporting processes
- Identify repetitive tasks and support improvements and automation using approved data, BI, and artificial intelligence tools
- Communicate findings, explaining what the data indicates and which areas require further analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical, associate, or bachelor’s degree—completed or in progress—in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, business intelligence, revenue operations, or a data-related role
- Demonstrated experience using artificial intelligence and automation tools for data analysis, insight generation, and process optimization
- Ability to evaluate the quality of results, identify risks, and ensure the responsible use of artificial intelligence and automation tools in accordance with security and confidentiality guidelines
- Hands-on experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or a similar platform
- Knowledge of SQL for querying databases, joining tables, and preparing information for analysis
- Knowledge of databases, data quality, and information validation
- Interest in understanding financial processes such as billing, accounts receivable, the Order-to-Cash cycle, and revenue recognition
- Curiosity to investigate discrepancies, understand data origins, and identify opportunities to improve processes
- Interest in using artificial intelligence and automation tools to support analyses and streamline tasks while validating results and protecting information
- Ability to communicate analyses and results to technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of the financial, accounting, and operational contexts of countries in Latin America, Europe, and the United States is a plus
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
